What we do
The group runs four lines of work. They look unrelated on paper, but in practice they feed each other — the same customers who sell us scrap often need a billing system, and the engineering side keeps our own processing equipment running.
Recycling and refurbished products
We buy recyclable material directly from factories, workshops, offices and traders across Thiruvallur and the surrounding towns. Plastic is our core: we handle the common industrial grades, sort them by polymer and colour, and move them on for reprocessing. We also buy ferrous and non-ferrous metal, paper and board, and end-of-life equipment.
Where an item is worth more repaired than shredded, we refurbish it instead. Recovering a working machine is almost always better economics — and better environmental arithmetic — than granulating it for material value.
Manufacturing and engineering
Fabrication and job work, including the maintenance and modification of our own sorting and processing setup. Doing this in-house is what lets us take on material that a pure trader would turn away.
Trading and services
Supply and service work for businesses in the district, connected to the material and equipment we already handle.
Business software
We build billing and ERP software for hotels, restaurants, retail counters and small manufacturers — GST-compliant table billing, stock and purchase tracking, and the reporting an owner actually looks at. It is written and supported locally, which means a problem at a busy counter gets a person on the phone, not a ticket number. Details are on our ERP and billing software page.
How we work
Three things govern how we deal with the people we buy from:
- Weigh it in front of you. Material is weighed openly, and the weight on the slip is the weight we pay against. If you want to see the scale zeroed first, ask.
- Explain the grade. If we are paying less than you expected, it is usually because of contamination, mixed polymers or moisture — and we will show you which, rather than just quoting a lower number.
- Paperwork that stands up. Proper invoices, so the transaction is clean for your books as well as ours.
We have written up how this works in practice in our scrap and recycling guides, including how dealers arrive at a price and what separates a grade that sells from one that does not.
Where we operate
Our yard is near Kadambathur Railway Station, Thiruvallur – 631203. We collect from Thiruvallur, Kadambathur, Thiruninravur, Tiruttani, Avadi, Poonamallee, Uthukottai, Periyapalayam, Gummidipoondi and Ponneri. For loads above a reasonable minimum we arrange pickup; for smaller quantities you are welcome to bring material to the yard.
Talk to us
If you have material to move, a machine worth refurbishing, or a counter that needs a billing system, the fastest route is the phone.
